This 12 weeks program gives you support and expertise to assure that you reach your goals.  We have created a journal especially made for this program that, along with your trainer, become your companion for success.  Change is hard, support, guidance, motivation and education are key elements to make effective change.  We consciously chose to create a pen to paper journal instead of an app because research shows that when you pause and go through the thought and planning process by writing things down they are far more likely to happen.

The foundation of good health is as simple and as complex as eating right and exercising, but a cookie cutter formula does not work for each individual. We've designed this program to give you a healthy kickstart by consciously crafting better health with our own customized journal. Choose as much or as little guidance from a trainer as your budget allows. You can have all your workouts one on one, with a friend or even classes. Change happens with continued consistency and support. All these packages are 12 weeks in duration and come with a THRIVE journal.
