You may sign up for a first class free and get a taste for any of the classes, except kettlebells. We keep our classes manageable in size and registration online is simple and easy. Our main entrance is in the rear of the building, you may simply drive around to the back parking lot from the one facing Old Forest Rd; you will find ample parking there. Please arrive with enough time to get settled in and ready to focus on your workout. Please feel free to wear whatever you feel most comfortable working out in but due to the varied positions we do not recommend wearing short running shorts or extra low necklines. We provide all the equipment you will need for your workout including towels and a water cooler, so you may refill your water bottle or use our glassware.
Most classes and sessions are done in bare feet unless you wear orthotics or have need for the support that a shoe provides. Power Barre students should expect to sweat and dress appropriately for bold movement, including jumping. Please park in the back and come in the rear entrance. We have 2 bathrooms to change in and a 3rd with a shower, and all you may need to shower (towels, body wash, shampoo conditioner, blow dryer).
If you've had the opportunity to speak with your trainer, please be sure to bring any extra documents (medical clearance, exercise prescriptions, results from your BodPod etc.) with your health history information form and goal setting worksheet. You may pay for services with any major credit card, (Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express) cash or check.
