Classes not your style? Make your pregnancy and motherhood healthy and do not believe that pregnancy ruins your body!!  Make arrangements with our excellent trainers to keep you on track for a healthy pregnancy. Pilates is a great companion to a healthy pregnancy and our trainers have training and experience to safely and effectively program a prenatal exercise program for all stages of pregnancy. We will work with your goals and give your body what it needs to spring back into shape after your baby is born! You could even bring your baby to your private sessions or enroll in our CORE Connection for Mamas and Babies classes.

  

CORE CONNECTION

FOR MAMAS AND BABIES
This BYOB (bring your own baby) class incorporates Pilates, yoga, and functional fitness to target and tone the post partum body safely and effectively. Nurture your baby while caring for yourself. With the loving touch that mom provides you can connect with your baby physically, mentally and spiritually while getting your baby accustomed to exercising with mom in a supportive and directed environment. Class is appropriate for all levels and baby must be at least 6 weeks and non-crawling. All participants will receive a pdf of a workout so that you may continue to do this workout at home. Moms are welcome to care for their babies during class (nurse, change diapers, etc.)
