If you've read anything on our website or our blog, or have been referred to us by one of our amazing clients, you know that we teach movement and by teaching with integrity ANY PERSON will feel great in their body at every age, relieve chronic pain, get stronger, leaner, more mobile and generally move, as Joe Pilates would say, "with spontaneous zest and pleasure". We welcome you to schedule a 30 minute free consultation or try a free class to get a taste of Iron & Grace. All these introductory packages below are for our first time clients and are available once. There are three tracks you can choose.


1. COMING TO CLASSES
Choose the Iron & Grace intro package, 1 private session + 5 classes  
This is a prerequisite to taking classes


The one on one session is dramatically discounted and gets you oriented to the equipment and movement principles that we use at Iron & Grace. This package sets you up for success as you integrate into classes.  You''l be confident about how the TRX works and more importantly, how your body works.



2. PRIVATE AND SEMIPRIVATE TRAINING
The Primers are packages of 4 hour long sessions of customized workouts to help you reach your goals. If you want to work with a Pilates teacher on the specialized Pilates equipment, learn the kettlebell, or just fast track your fitness these are the best place to start

Private Primer        $200
Duet Primer            $132 each person
Quartet Primer       $80 each person
for 3-5 people


3. THRIVE WEIGHT LOSS PACKAGES
These can be a combination of classes , privates, semi-privates depending on your budget and goals so the price point varies. All packages include directed methods for accountability and success with our awesome life coach.THRIVE programs are 12 weeks in duration and come with a wonderful little journal with which you can track your progress.
