This class is taught by:
Rise and shine and grind and swing! This efficient 45 minute workout will have you sweating and building strength. Kettlebell exercises  teach you to use a full range of motion and strengthen your entire body at one time. You will control forces of physics with your core.  You will gain improved coordination and balance, cardio-vascular fitness, fat loss, and dynamic strength for all sports
